ABOUT NATASHA ANN PILATES
As a professional Pilates Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a happier and healthier lifestyle. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
As a scoliosis sufferer I have found the benefits of Pilates life changing - so much so, in 2018, I decided to train under Pilates Master, Michael King.

I specialise in group mat pilates classes, focusing on full body alignment to improve strength and posture, flexibility, mobility and leaner muscle definition. My six week program will have you looking better, feeling better and leave you wanting more.

INDIVIDUAL MAT PILATES CLASSES
The benefit of having a private Pilates class is that the focus is on you! Pilates is very much about technique and learning to work from the right muscles. This varies for each individual as each body has different strengths and weaknesses. In an individual class the explanations of the exercises are all tailored for you, there is more care and attention leading to better execution and technique in the Pilates method as well and faster results.
